Returns

Choosing hi-fi equipment is a very personal experience. Everyone has their own preferences and tastes vary. We want to help customers find products that they continue to enjoy over many years. Calling us for a chat or visiting us for a demo are both great ways to narrow down the suitable options, but the only way be sure that a new system or component is right for you is to try it out at home over an extended period.

To make this easy, we offer free no hassle 30 day returns. This means that you can return any purchase within 30 days of receiving it from us. You can return it for a full refund or exchange it for something else – you decide. We will organise and pay for the return shipping.

All we ask is that you take reasonable care of the equipment while you are deciding whether or not to keep it. We expect you to use the products, but returned items should be in unmarked condition with all of the original packaging and accessories.

If your order contains multiple items then you have the option to return one or some items, rather than returning the whole order. If you return your purchase for a refund, we will aim to check over the returned items and refund your payment within 48 hours of receiving it back from you. If you choose to exchange an item, a new 30 day returns period will begin when the new equipment is delivered.
