Choosing audio equipment is a very personal experience and people’s tastes vary. We want to help customers find products that they continue to enjoy over many years. The only way to do this is to try out equipment in your own home over an extended period.

We offer free 30 day returns. This means that you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or to exchange it for something else. We will even pay for and organise the return shipping. All we ask is that you take good care of the item while you are deciding whether or not to keep it.

Returned items should be in unmarked condition with the original packaging and accessories. If your order contains multiple items then you have the option to return one or some items instead of returning the whole order.
