Delivery to UK addresses is completely free on orders over £100, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. We use premium delivery services from DPD, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. We also offer delivery in person or palletised deliveries for certain large, heavy or very high value items, where specialist installation is required or if you just need a little extra help.

Products held in stock, either here or at the manufacturer’s UK distribution hub, are normally dispatched within one or two days of receiving your order. Some made to order products will take a little longer. We include delivery estimates in the FAQ section on our product pages as a guide. You can also contact us for a more precise estimate.

We will do our best to accommodate requests for delivery on a specific date, so as to fit around your work schedule or other commitments. We will send you tracking details once your order has been shipped.
