Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the Custom Design Open Frame Speaker Stands
The Custom Design Open Frame speaker stand is custom built to precisely match your chosen speakers. Each open frame speaker stand takes approximately six hours to manufacture from 25 x 25 mm box section steel tubing. The steel frame is fully welded together for total rigidity. This hand made and hand finished approach to quality makes the Open Frame speaker stands one of the most labour intensive designs available from Custom Design.
M8 zinc plated isolation spikes are included as standard. Mass loading points are provided on the top surface so that the stands can be filled with Custom Design Inert Filler. Custom Design Open Frame speaker stands are finished as standard with black fine textured powder coating. Custom finishes are available on request.
