Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

Any cable from any manufacturer is an electronic filter, whether you want it to be or not. That is just a fact of life. Being a filter, any cable causes relative phase relationship issues for the signal. We have taken our research and development and tried to push the concept of a neutral filter as far as we thought it was possible to give you a highly transparent, natural and ‘real’ presentation.

Tellurium Q Silver Diamond speaker cables are priced individually to make it easy to purchase a single cable length or different-sized cable lengths for each speaker. You can adjust the quantity to purchase a pair or select different lengths as needed.
Tellurium Q speaker cables are factory terminated with your choice of 4mm banana plugs, spades or a mixture of both. They are offered in a range of popular lengths, with custom lengths available on request. Contact us to discuss your custom cable requirements.
