Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the Bluesound Vault 2i
Rip it. Download it. Store it. The Bluesound Vault 2i lets you rip all your CDs in bit perfect, lossless formats or copy your existing music library to the Vault 2i’s built-in hard drive. Hook it up to your existing sound system or pair it with a set of powered speakers, and stream your digital music collection in studio quality.
The built-in hard drive has a 2 TB capacity, which is enough to store approximately 5,000 CDs in lossless FLAC format.
