Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the Chord Clearway Digital Cable
Some say digital cables don’t make a difference? Well it’s true that a lot of digital cables are fundamentally 75 ohm coaxial designs, but Tuned ARAY is different – it’s a unique conductor configuration. Chord Clearway digital cables feature unique Tuned ARAY conductor geometry. Tuned ARAY for originally developed for Chord’s flagship cables, but now benefits all ranges.
Clearway Digital Tuned ARAY is hand built in the UK and is available fitted with ChorAlloy™plated RCA, BNC or mono mini-jack connectors. Standard lengths are 0.5 and 1 metre, with custom lengths available to order.
