We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.

About the Chord Signature X Mains Cable
The Chord Signature X mains power cable is designed, hand built and tested in the UK. It benefits from the latest XLPE insulation, as found in many of Chord’s latest speaker cables. This provides a consistently high quality performance in any environment and across all audio and video applications.
Alongside the unique Chord Company ARAY geometry. this upgraded mains cable features significantly heavier gauge conductors, meaning less resistance and greater efficiency. The IEC and outlet connectors are specified with silver plated external and internal contacts for maximum performance.
The common domestic environment is full of HF noise generated by multiple sources such as mobile phones, WiFi, Bluetooth etc. SignatureX power cable comes equipped with both foil and high density braid screens designed to keep as much of this interference away from audio and video signals as possible.
Signature X power cable is the perfect complement to the multi award-winning Signature range of high end analogue and digital cables. A long-standing audiophile favourite and an intrinsic part of Chord Company lore.
Chord Signature X power cables are available in standard lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 2m and 3m. It is available with an IEC C13 “kettle” connector suitable for use with most audio equipment, a C7 “figure 8” connector or a heavy duty C19 connector for mains blocks and conditioners with compatible inputs, such as the Chord PowerHAUS. Custom cable lengths and termination options are available on request.
