Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

Compared to the Classic STREAM, it comes with a high-resolution display, capacitive touch buttons and includes two presets for instant access to your favourite radio or music service.
The Stream-XR benefits from the onboard award winning 2nd generation QXR DAC, which offers two digital inputs, that brings additional flexible digital connectivity to any system. With the high quality components expected from any product in the XR series, the Stream-XR extracts more content and emotions from any musical performance. Additionally, it is also compatible with the PSU-XR external power supply, which takes the performance to another level.
Utilising the renowned BluOS streaming platform, the Stream-XR comes fully packaged with all the features and benefits you would expect from a modern streamer. The ongoing development and support for BluOS is secured by a third party, providing a guarantee that the BluOS software will be maintained and developed well into the future, should new streaming options become available.
Using advanced technologies, the Stream-XR can wirelessly transmit lossless music up to 24-bit/192kHz at lightning-fast speeds across your home network with no lag and zero loss in sound quality, and also allows you to connect with your own digital music library, all via the intuitive BluOS app.
