Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the D’Von Audio speaker stands
A speaker stand isn’t a passive support — a stand that resonates or flexes adds its own sound on top of whatever the speaker is doing, which is the opposite of what you want. The D’Von Audio stand’s stem is built from multi-layered Hidrófugo MDF rather than a single slab, which helps break up resonance before it reaches the speaker sitting on top.
Each stand is rated to a 20kg maximum load — well above the weight of an SQ-10 (7.2kg) or SQ-20 (9.5kg), so there’s real headroom rather than a stand working at its limit.
Fit and finish
The stand’s top plate is designed to match the SQ-10 or SQ-20 footprint directly, so you’ll need to choose the right one at checkout. A universal top plate (160mm x 180mm) is also available if you’re using the stand with a different speaker.
Every D’Von Audio product is finished in premium Italian paint, and the Aurora stand is available in four finishes: Black, White, Birch Black, and Birch White — a smaller selection than the ten speaker finishes, so it’s worth checking your speaker’s finish is one of the four before ordering if you want a matched pair.

The dedicated top plates are matched to the SQ-10 and SQ-20 footprints specifically, but a universal top plate (160mm x 180mm) is available for other speakers — let us know what you’re pairing them with and we can confirm fit.
