We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the INTRO Premium Mains Cable
INTRO by Black Rhodium premium mains power cables are extremely well screened against RFI and EMI by using a highly effective metal braided screen developed in the design of extreme high end audio cables. The end result is a cable that delivers excellent sound at a highly affordable price.
The cable is terminated with a UK 3 pin plug at one end and an IEC C13 or C19 connector at the other. Choose the IEC C13 option as an upgrade to the standard IEC ‘kettle leads’ included by most audio equipment manufacturers. Choose the IEC C19 option for mains blocks, conditioners and other high current devices with a compatible input.
