Jern 11 Standmount Speakers

Ex-demonstration Jern 11 standmount / bookshelf speakers in Nordic Black finish. They are in immaculate condition and are supplied with the grilles, optional rubber ring stands and all original packaging. They look and sound superb.

In Danish, Jern means iron. Jern’s speaker cabinets are made from their own special-grade grey cast iron, called Vibrakill. Vibrakill has a very high amount of graphite mixed in the iron, which allows Jern cabinets to dampen vibrations 100 times better than aluminium, and much better than MDF and wood. Iron is also much stronger and heavier. This weight reduces cabinet vibrations further, so you only hear the “good” sound generated by the loudspeaker cones.
