Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

Okki Nokki’s new One DV (Dutch Version) is essentially the same as the original Okki Nokki One. The new name relates to the country of manufacture. The One DV is made in the Netherlands. The original was made in China. Otherwise, both versions are the same.
Its bi-directional platter rotation and strong vacuum system remove dirt, dust and grime with ease, ensuring your records deliver the clarity they were designed for. It provides deep but gentle cleaning, without the risk of surface pitting or overheating that can sometimes result from ultrasonic cleaning.

For best results, we recommended using Okki Nokki record cleaning concentrate diluted 20:1 with distilled water.
