Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the Quadraspire QPlus Reference
Placing your hi-fi components on Quadraspire QPlus Reference supports will help reduce resonance, lower the noise floor and open the soundstage to make your system sound even better.

QPlus Reference supports work in the same way as Quadraspire X-Reference racks. They use the same materials and design principles to reduce resonance and deliver a clearer, cleaner musical performance.
How to use the QPlus Reference supports
QPlus supports are easy to use. Simply place the supports between the feet of your equipment and the piece of furniture on which it is standing. QPlus supports are sold in packs of 3 or 4, to perfectly match your equipment.
QPlus supports are not designed for use under speakers. For speaker isolation, use Quadraspire QX7 or QC floor protectors instead.
