Delivery & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

About the Silent Mount SM7X
There are lots of reasons for using Silent Mount isolation devices. First of all there is the undeniable and obvious improvement in sound quality. We have used these beneath floor standing speakers, beneath speaker stands and beneath racks as well. In every case the audible improvements are obvious and consistent.
The stainless steel 70 mm diameter Silent Mount SM7X isolators are designed to be used beneath larger equipment racks, floor-standing speakers and speaker stands. Larger and heavier than the Silent Mount SM5X, they will deal with the considerable energy that loudspeakers are capable of generating.
All Silent Mounts are supplied with a set of self adhesive thin felt pads. If the rack is sited on anything other than a carpeted floor the felt pads should be fitted to the base of each Silent Mount. The felt pad has been specifically chosen to minimise any vibration between the Silent Mount and the floor and will ensure that you get the best performance. If the Silent Mount is being used on a carpeted floor the felt pads should not be fitted.
Each pack contains four SM7X isolation mounts. Each SM7X stainless steel isolation mount will support up to 50 kg in weight.
