We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Most orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services, but we sometimes use other delivery options for large or heavy items. We’ll let you know as soon as your order has shipped and provide you with the tracking details.
For click & collect items, we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection. We can also provide delivery in person on click & collect orders — just ask if you’d like us to arrange this.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you can return any item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it’s in unmarked condition with all packaging and accessories.

The Well Tempered Lab Simplex Mk2 turntable is a true giant killer and the epitome of William Firebaugh’s creative genius. A stripped down version of the highly regarded and hugely successful Amadeus, the Simplex Mk2 turntable sets new standards of analogue playback quality in the value-for-money sector.
Equipped with the famous Well Tempered Lab “golf ball” tonearm, the Simplex Mk2 can comfortably outperform much more expensive turntables from competing manufacturers.
In common with other Well Tempered Lab designs, the Simplex Mk2 employs creative solutions to some of the oldest turntable engineering challenges.
