Your Bluesound Hub will normally be delivered in 2-3 days.

Delivery is free on orders over £100. We deliver anywhere in the UK using premium tracked delivery services from DPD Local, UPS, TNT and Royal Mail.

When you by a product from us, you will have 30 days to decide whether or not you want to keep it. If you decide to return it for any reason, even if you just changed your mind, it will not cost you a penny. Just let us know that you want to return it and we will take care of the rest.

We will agree a collection date with you and send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return trip. You can have full refund or you can try something else instead. It is up to you. All we ask is that you take good care of the product, along with any accessories and packaging, while you are deciding whether or not to keep it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are securely managed by industry leading payment processor Stripe and protected by SSL encryption. We will not store your card number or other payment information.
