While miniDSP products are famous for their invisible, set-and-forget processing, the KD-1 brings that power to your fingertips with a beautiful high-resolution OLED display. It doesn’t just change the volume; it provides visual feedback on your current settings, including preset names and even metadata for streaming content.

Housed in a sturdy aluminium base with a smooth-action rotary encoder, the KD-1 communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or Wi-Fi, allowing for a clean, cable-free look on your coffee table or desk (power is provided via a simple USB-C connection). Whether you are toggling Dirac Live or switching between your turntable and digital inputs, the KD-1 makes interacting with your system a joy.
